01 What does Bali Estate Partners do?
We rent out private villas in Bali for daily and monthly stays, sell villas (freehold and leasehold), and manage villas for owners – from guest bookings and check-in to housekeeping and monthly reports.
02 How do I book a villa?
Choose a villa, pick your dates and tap "Book via WhatsApp". Your message arrives with all the details, we confirm availability and send you the deposit details. Your booking is confirmed once the deposit is paid.
03 What is the difference between daily and monthly rentals?
Daily rentals are ideal for holidays (minimum 2 nights). Monthly rentals (30+ nights) come with a lower monthly price and are popular with digital nomads and long-stay guests.
04 When do I receive the exact address of the villa?
For the privacy and security of our guests and owners, we share the exact address and directions after your booking is confirmed.
05 How does check-in work?
Our villa staff welcome you on arrival, register your passport details (required in Indonesia for all foreign guests) and show you around the villa.
06 Can foreigners buy a villa in Bali?
Most foreign buyers purchase leasehold villas (a long-term lease, often 20–30 years). Each villa for sale shows whether it is freehold or leasehold and how many years remain. Our team can explain the options and connect you with a licensed notary.
